Enjoy a 3 course festive feast with all the trimmings
Session 1: 11.30am – 1pm | Session 2: 1.30pm – 3pm
Adults $98 Child 3-12yrs $20 ( 2 course meal)

Line caught pink snapper with cloudy bay clams, snow peas, asparagus, peas, & saffron sauce
Aged sirloin of Tajima wagyu beef with potato galette, baby beets, spinach and fresh horseradish

Macadamia and mango terrine ice cream, with Christmas pudding crumble and mint

Conditions of entry apply – each person attending, over the age of 18 years, must be a member, have a temperature check and sign in at reception for COVID contract tracing purposes.
Booked tables will only be held for 15 minutes after the booked session start time before being forfeited.
Maximum of 30 (including children) people per booking. No split bookings.
Session 1 (11:30am) diners will need to vacate the Brasserie for cleaning 30 minutes before the second session starts (1:30pm).
