ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: 23/03/2027 commencing 7:00pm (sharp please note doors shut at 7pm and entry is not permitted after this time)
Nominations for Elections to the Board: Will open for 1 (one) month, commencing 9.00am Monday 18/01/27 and close at midnight Sunday 14/02/27. Members must have been a member of the Club for not less than three continuous years as at the date of the election to be nominated for the position of Director. If a member is also a Sub Branch member they must have attended no less than four General Meetings of the Burwood Sub Branch in the preceding year. Nominees will be required to complete an information session/induction training prior to the election. This is mandatory, is arranged by the Club and can be completed online.
Voting: If required, voting will be conducted within the Club Burwood RSL from 18th – 21st March, 2027 between noon to 2pm and 4 to 8pm inclusive with the exception of 12pm-2pm on Saturday 20th March which will be held at Croydon Park Club. Results announced at the Annual General Meeting 7pm Tuesday 23/03/2027.
Members must have been a member for more than a year as at the AGM date to be permitted to vote.
