Giving back to the community is fundamental part of community clubs and something we are all passionate about. Each year through Club Grants, Club Burwood Group provides support to well over 100 community organisations, sporting groups and charities who make a difference to our local area.

During this year we have supported a total of 176 groups in both category one & two funding to a grand total of in excess of $818,861.

Priorities for this year’s funding were children and families, youth, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, volunteer-based programs and projects that encourage active aging.

Mayor of Burwood, John Faker said It was wonderful and an honour to be presenting cheques to community groups that are a huge part of making Burwood a diverse, inclusive and supportive place to live in.

Thank you Club Burwood Group for your continuous support to our local community.”
