How do I join Gold Rewards?
Fill out a membership form at reception and you will automatically be allocated as a Star member, enjoying our free perpetual membership with no ongoing renewal fees.
How do I earn Gold Bucks?
Gold Bucks are earned when you use your membership card at any of our Club Burwood Group venues.
Each Gold Buck is worth $1.00
Where can I spend my Gold Bucks?
Gold Bucks can be used to purchase food, beverages, show tickets and more. Gold Bucks can also be redeemed for gift cards
How do I check my balance?
To check your balance and to see which tier you are on simply swipe your membership card at the member’s reward terminal or ask one of our friendly staff members for assistance.
Gold Bucks do not expire regardless of tier.
Can I move up a tier?
Yes, based on Gold Bucks earned you will be notified immediately.
Gold Reward Discounts
The program provides incentives for Gold Bucks redemption within the Club with bigger discounts on in-Club purchases by members paying with Gold Bucks. The additional discounts are determined by tier.
Can i opt out of Gold Rewards
You may opt out of the Gold Rewards program at any time by speaking with one of our friendly reception staff members.
Your membership card will still provide access to the Club; however, you will no longer be eligible for any member benefits, rewards, or promotional offers associated with the program.
