REGENCY EVENTS CENTRE
In the Regency Events Centre our 4 function rooms are designed to facilitate a successful comfortable seminar or social function. Seating available for up to 50 people per room or 200 if combined. A spacious breakout area with balcony hosts city skyline views and is the perfect area for that well deserved break!
All function rooms comprise of modern decor, with fixtures and fittings.
Each Function Room provides:

ENTERTAINMENT DOME
The Club’s split level Entertainment Dome, accommodating 400 people is also available for hire. The Dome features a wet bar, full theatre stage with two dressing rooms, cinemascope screen, sophisticated light & sound equipment, ceiling mounted projector, 2 x 85” plasma screens, large dance floor and offers new furniture and fixtures. For those large scale functions, the Regency Events Centre and Entertainment Dome can be combined to for one area. The combined area can cater for 600 people, which provides the Entertainment Dome facilities plus an additional bar in the function area.

PARKING
The Club’s basement car park opens 9am daily. Limited outside parking is available at any time. Pre-arrangement for early access to underground parking can be made under special circumstances.

Club Burwood is available to host your next event whether you are planning an intimate private function, birthday party or a catered corporate event, Club Burwood on Burwood Road is your ideal venue.
Rooms are available for the low price of $100 for a five hour function (or a daytime meeting) and have an extensive catering selection, all prepared by our Executive Chef, covering a la carte menus, buffet menus, finger food, cocktail menus, seminar and conference menus, all worked out to tailor to your budget no matter how large or small.
Should you have any special requirements our Chefs are happy to tailor our menus to suit your needs. Our friendly function coordinators have extensive experience in coordinating all types of functions. They can offer suggestions and advice whilst you create your special event to meet all your needs and budgets, or they can take care of everything and all you have to do is bring the guests.

FUNCTION ROOMS
The Balcony Room can accommodate up to 90 people and offers bar, balcony, lift access and toilet facilities.
The Bamboo Room can accommodate up to 30 people, does not have bar facilities.
Balcony & Bamboo Rooms combined can accommodate up to 120 people and offers bar, dance floor, toilet facilities with lift access & balcony for smokers (room hire combined $200).
The Rugby Bar can accommodate up to 60 people and offers bar, toilet facilities and lift access. Only finger food options available from the Rugby Bar.
Both Bamboo and Balcony rooms are fitted with state of the art audio visual equipment for fully professional presentations.

A new Wilson Car Park has been opened 50 metres from Club Burwood on 36 George Street (entry via Railway Crescent). The car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and costs:

Parking
The Club has an onsite car park which accommodates 25 cars and is operated on a boom gate system. Ticket needs to be validated at the bar. You must be patronising the Club to use the car park. Street parking is available.
